Privacy policy
Who we are
RoFoTion (Robotics for Evolution) operates rofotion.com. For any privacy question, write to inquiries@rofotion.com.
What we collect
When you use our contact form we store your name, email address, organisation, the group you represent, your message, and the time it was sent. To prevent abuse we also keep a one-way hashed form of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into the address.
Why we use it
Only to answer your inquiry, based on the consent you give when submitting the form. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Who processes it
Submissions are kept in our secure hosted database, and emails are delivered through our email provider (Resend). Both act only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up conversation, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing inquiries@rofotion.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
